Paper No. 4 Communications: Connections: Disruptions: Sabotage

FUNDAMENTALS OF STREET DEMONSTRATIONS AND SATGING PUBLIC STRIKES

The Islamic Republic of Iran Government, under the guise of being the legitimate government of Iran is in the world market to purchase the latest gear and equipments for their riot police in order to suppress Iranian’s into submission.

The Riot Police Specialists from France, Germany and Russia are on hand to teach them the latest techniques in crowd control and demonstrator arrests.

The Police Equipment Companies from these countries offer the latest equipment’s for suppressing Iranians.

In other hand, Iranian’s have no one to help him or her. They only have each other and often engage with the Riot Police, without any knowledge of how to defend them, make their statement for the world to hear and avoid arrests and later torture and long prison sentences.

In a series of papers, titled the Fundamentals of Street Demonstrations, we will teach the very basic tools needed to defend one self against the well trained and well equipped Riot Police, Regular Police, Revolutionary guardsmen, Basiji’s and MOIS Agents who are the Secret Police.

Each of their tasks and duties at a demonstration will be explained in these papers and the counter measures against them will also be outlined. The basic methods of evading capture and arrest and tools needed to distract these enemies of the people will be explained.

Please understand, we practice Non Violence and peace. None of the methods we are recommending is to inflict injury to anyone or kill anyone. The people on the other side are also are brothers and sisters, who in need of a job have resorted to what they are doing. The procedures explained are only to make our chances increase in case attacks and arrests. We strongly recommend avoidance of any kind of violence during any demonstration or strike. We are better than they are. They resort to violence, as they see no other way to suppress the freedom loving people.

We strongly advocate peace and non-violence. However, Non lethal Methods and Tactics are needed to avoid arrest and increase the chances to escape in order to attend the next strike or demonstration.

GOD IS WITH THE PEOPLE OF IRAN AS WE ARE ON THE RIGHT SIDE. WE ARE FIGHTING THE AGENTS OF SATAN AND SATAN HIMSELF.
FOR THE VICTORY!

Paper No. 4

AZADY 3: COMMUNICATIONS:
CONNECTIONS & DISRUBTIONS
SABOTAGE

In Paper No. 7 we briefly discussed creating the element of Noise and smoke for assisting demonstrators to get away. Also, we discussed the use of smoke as giving signals in demonstrations by using various colors of smoke. As primitive as this method is, it has worked thousands years effectively!

In this Paper we discus the basics of communications, the importance of it. Basic methods of communication and disruption of communications by the and between police organizations, the methods of sabotage that could be used effectively to reach your goals. Also creation of broadcast Radio.

Also, we will teach building a basic transmitter with ordinary items that can found in your households or in electronic stores as well as building simple radio transmitters with special frequency to be used by your group.

Basically there are three (3) methods of communications with large number of people. 1. Personal 2. Printed Pages. 3. Electronic, Digital or Broadcasting.

The Webster’s Dictionary explains Communication as below;

communication:

Main Entry: com•mu•ni•ca•tion
Pronunciation: k&-"myü-n&-'kA-sh&n
Function: noun
1 : an act or instance of transmitting
2 a : information communicated b : a verbal or written message
3 a : a process by which information is exchanged between individuals through a common system of symbols, signs, or behavior <the function of pheromones in insect communication>; also : exchange of information b : personal rapport <a lack of communication between old and young persons>
4 plural a : a system (as of telephones) for communicating b : a system of routes for moving troops, supplies, and vehicles c : personnel engaged in communicating
5 plural but singular or plural in construction a : a technique for expressing ideas effectively (as in speech) b : the technology of the transmission of information (as by print or telecommunication)
- com•mu•ni•ca•tion•al /-shn&l, -sh&-n&l/ adjective

PERSONAL COMMUNICATION

Since early times, when the humans changed, from hunters to farmers and domesticated animals, a tool was needed to communicate with each other. This tool was language. Through pre arranged rules certain alphabets was created and language was created.

By the creation of language the use of communication was apparent. Throughout history you see how the personal communication advanced. In Roman times from meeting at the public bath houses and wearing toga (Bath ropes around them) Senate was created and speakers Senate, used their personal communication skills for effectively getting a message across. Through this process the class of attorney’s was created.

In a free world people are free to express their concern in public and sometimes not so public places, without fear from police and subsequent punishments associated with it.

For Example every Sunday, People gather in London, Hyde Park. Anyone can bring a wooden box, stand on it and start saying whatever, they want to say.

This action sometime includes even insulting the royal family, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and the members of her royal majesty’s government. You will see sometimes the police are standing and listening to the speaker as well, without interruption and beating the pulp out of the person making the speech.

The same rule is applied in the Unites Sates where you can and we are sure you have even seen, sometimes the insult goes as high as the President of the country without any retaliation from the authorities.

We are pretty sure you know the consequences of doing this act in Tehran or any other City in Iran much better than we do.

If you make a slightest remark to the Spiritual leader, you risk getting shot right there and then. Without any trials or court. That is if you are lucky! If not, you will be dragged somewhere dark and secret (like what is in the hearts of these Godless people). Beatings, by the regime’s animals posed as humans will start. Without any mercy and your fate will be on their hand (A good example is the Iranian Canadian freelance Photographer. She dared to take some pictures. She was beaten, repeatedly raped by her guards and finally killed in the prison) The world just stood and watched this crime, just like many others they have witnessed without any serious protesting, as it was not to their mutual financial benefit to disrupt the rule of Mullah’s!

In light of above, the only PERSONAL COMMUNICATION we recommend is only through small numbers who you know personally and know there are no regime spy’s, sympathizers or agents among them.

Even in best case scenario, we advise extreme caution and prejudice.
But if you wish to conduct the PERSONAL COMMUNICATION, despite of well apparent warnings, we advise the following;

Make plans where you will be conducting this public speech. Identify the escape routes (More is always much better) and have the route guarded by your people. Have plenty of supporters as bodyguards among the gathered people. They should act as they do not know you and do not belong to your group. Just ordinary people stopped by their curiosity as others have, to see the gathering, what is going on.

They must be well situate among the people and watching the public as well as eyeing the incoming traffic, the routes and possible of any law enforcement (Plain clothes and uniform Police).

As soon as they appear, you must stop your speech and make your getaway through the route you have planned with your people. Your supporters inside the crowd, posing as general public can stop, stall or delay the police pursuit. The people guarding your routes, will also make sure the route is open for you to escape and will act as the secondary, unknowing citizens that unintentionally delay’s the police.

You must have a Motorcycle ready for your escape with a very good rider behind it. The point to make sure, the people inside the crowd and on the escape route, must act as ordinary people not belonging to you and must not arouse the suspicion of the police to be arrested for interrogation.

PRINTED PAGES

The Printed Pages are News Papers, Magazines, Writing on the walls and other public places. Printing Posters. Issuing underground news paper. Production & distribution of “Night Lettersâ€

As the pdf./doc. files associated with this manual cannot be uploaded on here for now anyone that is interested in them can PM me their email-address and I will make sure you receive them.

Hopefully as soon as IPC gets their website on air again we will have a section dedicated to Revolutionary Tactics/Manuals/Guides, where these files will be available for the Iranian public to download.

Dear Liberator:

Dr. X has informed us of your suggestion to create a new room on "Activists/Activism". Please understand that the new site will have a section named "Movement" which includes everything needed to know for achievement of the National Revolution. All related articles/manuals will be posted there. In addition:

Whatever needs to be discussed can be discussed here "Politics => Iran Room"
Whatever considers a manual can be posted in Library:
if full text, then in "Library => Articles"
if off site links, then in "Library => Internet Source Books and articles".

Do you still feel the need for a new room? Wouldn't adding more and more rooms be against the simplicity?

Regards,
IPC Office

Dear IPC Office,

My proposal was for there to be a section solely dedicated to these kind of manuals and material since activism is crucial at this sensitive time in history. A section where we can discuss different methods of anti-regime activities and post relevant material. Under the above two rooms that you have listed there will be articles that are not related to Activism which was my main concern.

I will leave this text in here for now.

Fine, but let me meddle in. Let me think, we are activists and this is Iran politics room, so shouldn't we discuss these subjects in here? Aren't we in this room as activists to discuss how to actively free Iran? ](*,)

Don't mind me, I'm in the meddling mood tonight! :D

What do you guys think? :-k

Dear CR,

At the moment under the Iran Politics Room we have threads on Ayatollah Ebadi, Takhti, Pollution in Tehran, AhmadiNejad and so on. These threads obviously don't really serve as any concrete knowledge in how to conduct activities against the occupational Islamic Republic. The activist forum that i'm suggesting would be focused on manuals, civil disobedience, warfare, and other activities/information towards the liberation of the motherland. We could post these articles in here next to threads on "pollution in Tehran, Takthi, Antarinejad", but in my opinion it would be far more appropriate and accessable if they had their own section.

The threads under the "Articles" section for example don't need their own section since they can be posted under the other existing sections; maybe we could allocate those threads under appropriate threads and rename that forum the Activist section or something similar.

Dear Members

We have studied Liberator's proposal and the necessity, demands and needs for this proposal. By the request of Liberator and by the order of CR, the new Hall and the new Room has been created. We believe that with this new system, IPC will be more practical. Please enjoy.

You have convinced CR. Are you happy Lib?

Dear Office,

Thank you for accepting my proposal. The new section looks great. I believe this section will prove to be of great value. It seems that ActivistChat adopted this proposal simultaneously http://www.activistchat.com/phpBB2/view ... 9b360c534f

An important note on COMMUNICATIONS towards the OVERTHROW of the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC.

Lets take our upcoming Chaharshanbe Soori National Festival for an example.

1) If a small "FIRE" (UPRISING) is begun in Tehran, our comrades need to communicate inbetween themselves in order to connect all the small "FIRES" in Tehran and produce a "HUGE BONFIRE" (LARGE UPRISING). Once the "HUGE BONFIRE" has been lit the Islamic Republic won't be able to extinguish it easily. Coordination has been bad in past years and has led to this FIRES being extuingished before they can reach their full potential!

2) Once the "HUGE BONFIRE" in Tehran is lit every city, town....needs to be aware of this UPRISING or what has now become a MOVEMENT. Esfehan, Shiraz, Tabriz.....all will have their own "FIRES" who will have to be connected and made into HUGE BONFIRES. Our comrades need to be in touch with each other as these developments take shape.

3) Once we have HUGE BONFIRES across the cities of Iran, and there is effective communication between the cities of Iran, the EXPLOSION will occur and people (who had not joined from the start) will find the strength/courage to join their comrades on the streets of Iran! The people who were hopeless before will gain hope, strength, and courage once they see these this ultimate show of unity.

Comrades,

I've dotted down these notes hastily and i'm sure that others can expand more on the issues that I will briefly address and raise here.

********

Communications is an excellent tool in bringing about UNITY amongst our compatriots.

I'm in contact with our comrades in "YARI NATIONAL FRONT GROUP OF NATIONALISTS" and they are pushing for the concept of "Noise Demonstrations", that has been successful in other Peoples' Uprisings, to be implemented.

I can see how "Noise Demonstration" is a good tactic of bringing about unity. If conducted properly it can clearly demonstrates how many people are on your sides; the more noise the more support and the more courage you gather. Imagine thousands of Iranians across Tehran using air horns to display their unity against the Islamic Republic! Imagine the revolutionary atmosphere! For this to be effective though it requires a significant portion of the freedom fighters to participate. If say 10 people conduct "Noise Demonstrations" it won't reach its desired effect, there needs to be widespread use of it to for it to have its desired effect.

One effective tool to bring about "Noise Demonstration" is air horns:

ATTENTION SEEKING: Image

If you want to spread a specific message SHOUTING will have a minimal effect, but if you have MEGA-PHONES & LOUDSPEAKERS you can effectively deliver your message to larger crowds. This method was used by the Islamists in '79 on foot or on top of cars/vans driving specific routes around the city.

Other factors that play some kind of role in seeking attention is your "APPEARANCE" and "THE WAY YOU CONVEY YOUR MESSAGE".
Holding an Iranian flag (sun & lion) while trying to gain attention / giving a speech will gather more support as this is a truly revolutionary act, a display of Iranian Nationalism that the Islamic Republic has tried so hard to suppress!
Your appearance will be up to what you believe people will like. Remember that in our context this is not some "ordinary public speech" that you will be giving. We are at war, a war to liberate our homeland from the chains of the Islamic Republic so showing up in a suit and tie might not be appropriate apparell especially if it comes to combat or running from the enemy (Islamic Republic's mercenery forces).
The way you speak should come across well with ordinary people, you are not giving a speech before "academics". Speak on a level that ALL will understand and relate to. Be concise and stress the important parts in your message by repeating them. Rally the people to the cause. Uplift their spirits and give them courage.

Multi-Tone Car Horn and Loud Speaker System:
These can be montaged on top of cars/trucks/vans and even buildings! You can montage in a discreet location where it will be hard for the Islamic Republic's merceneries to find them and deliver your message via this method!

Megaphone:

Using this method you will easily be able to gather/attract crowds:
