First, a quick question for the court: Who exactly is the jury? Is it all members of IPC? Specifically, do the involved parties, i.e. DA, DC, and TBK get a vote? Do all of TBK’s various usernames get to vote? Will there be a system of check to insure that members with multiple usernames don’t vote more than once?

Second, some are giving TBK more credit than he deserves. I suppose anything is possible, and so TBK could theoretically be an evil mastermind agent, on the payroll of the Taazis with the mission of disrupting IPC. However, I don’t think so. My own assessment: He is a loser computer geek with no life, who has been getting kicked around and bitch slapped by too many people in real life, and now spends his days trying to get recognition for what he considers talent. He was bitch slapped in the real world, and he continues to be bitch slapped in the cyber world. He makes some intentional mistakes and typos just to show that he is dumb by intent. However, it is only to disguise his actual stupidity, and to make people think that he is smarter than he is in actuality. A few intentional errors place the tons of his actual errors in doubt. But let’s face it. He is a stupid person, who pretends to be smart by acting like a very stupid person. That’s all this pet is, and all that he’ll ever be.

Third, I wish to address the members who understandably voiced their distaste for this trial because they feel it is a waste of time and only follows TBK’s negative agenda. I believe they are missing something bigger than just our desire to toy with TBK.

Although this trial may appear worthless because its main focus is TBK (who is clearly worthless), it does serve another purpose. It has forced many of us (including myself) to reflect upon this club as a whole. It has brought many worthwhile ideological principles upon focus and opened an intellectual debate. As such, it has opened thought provoking arguments. In this respect, we see that TBK’s miserable existence has served a purpose, though not by his own doing.

I don’t know. Maybe IPC orchestrated this trial not with the true intention of going through with a possible execution, but to

a) put TBK on notice
b) attempt to salvage something positive out of TBK’s pitiful existence by instigating a serious and meaningful discussion among the members here
c) after a not-guilty verdict or Judge’s pardon, highlight the fact that IPC has been more than tolerant of a scumbag like TBK, and put itself in the spotlight of freedom and tolerance
d) all of the above

If this is just a charade, then I say bravo. There’s nothing wrong with that kind of a charade. It serves the purpose of thought and debate, even though on a level of a mock trial with a predetermined outcome. Thought provoking exchange of ideas….isn’t that why most of us are here?

Defense Closing Statement


Dear Court Members:

I will not bore you with a long closing argument. My client is clearly in violation of almost every Amendment of the constitution. All except one: the 8th.

His amendment violation is not in dispute here. What is in dispute is whether those Amendments are actual laws or whether they are goals and mission statements. I believe that I have clearly shown why they cannot be laws. This court has even acknowledged my conclusions.

This jury must make one decision: Are those Amendments laws, and thus their impingement punishable by death - i.e. banishment? Or are they mission statements and objectives of this club, for which all members are encouraged to strive for but are not held accountable?

The outcome of this case and TBK’s fate rely on this single question. The answer is simple.

I remind this court that it is not just TBK that is on trial here. The outcome of this case will set precedence for the possible prosecution and electrocution of many other present and future members at IPC which have been or will be in violation of one or more of the Amendments.

As I noted in the past, a place such as IPC is a private entity. As such, it is not subject to the same requirements we expect of public or government institutions. It is a private house, and it is the creators of that house that have the right to do as they wish. Freedom of speech, expression, etc cannot necessarily be expected to be upheld at such a private house. The landlord may kick out whomever he wishes. In fact, at almost every other forum a troublemaker such as TBK would have been banned a long time ago without an explanation given. However, I wonder why a guest who is clearly unwanted by the landlord wishes to continue to remain in a hostile house.

Nonetheless, IPC has chosen not to exercise its right to pick and choose who is expelled and who stays. It has chosen not to exercise its right to delete posts or ban users out of whim. It is a standard which it has set for itself. I must say it is quite an admirable standard. But since it has set such a standard for itself, it will be expected of it to adhere to that standard. Banning TBK is a deviation from that standard.

TBK is a broken ornament in here. He has no mind, no heart, no soul, no direction, no worth, no intelligence, no goal, no identity, no self-respect, no dignity. His rights are no more than the rights of a cockroach. It is not his freedom and his rights – which do not exist - that are important for this trial. What is important is what kind of an example IPC wishes to set for itself and others.

The court has set up a system whereby a vote will be taken by the members to decide the fate of TBK. That process is set up in accordance with the “democratic process.â€
